    Every year my sister in law and I purchase another new necklace. This year it was the owl and flamingo that we have added to our collections. We just love the work that has gone into each design and the quality is amazing. I get loads of compliments every time I wear one of my necklaces. Everyone should have at least one in their jewellery collection.

    The customer care from this company is second to none. I bought the owl necklace in silver for my daughter, she already had the bee and loves them both. I ordered the owl in gold but replaced it for the silver owl. When I e-mailed La Managerie their responce was virtually instant. They are kind and considerate. The owl reminded me of my mum which they commented on, offering their condolences. I cannot rate this company high enough, 5 stars is not enough. Thank you

    Hi Moira, really sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience - the gold is 18k gold plating and should hopefully look as good or better than it does in the images, so there's a possibility yours perhaps had a defect of some sort. We'll be in touch to sort. All the best
