Secure clasp and lovely necklace
I ordered a giraffe necklace for my Auntie in Canada. Unfortunately my order went missing on route but la menagerie were quick to arrange for a replacement plus a little surprise to be sent, unfortunately this also went astray, so a third necklace was sent with another carrier. The first order arrived over a month after ordering, with the second and third necklaces arriving a few weeks later. I can’t fault the customer service, they were brilliant, even refunding me what I paid. just be prepared if sending abroad it takes a long time to arrive st the destination and thus is not the fault of the la menagerie. Would definitely order again. Thankyou
